Not Demonstrated – Skills normally expected for the category for which I can find no meaningful evidence in the resume.
Strengths That Stand Out – Capabilities, accomplishments, or combinations of skills that make my experience particularly strong or distinctive within that category.
Weaknesses or Gaps – Areas where the resume provides insufficient evidence, appears weak, or may cause a hiring manager to question my capability.
Trend – Is this category strengthening, weakening, or stable over time based on my career progression?
Important: Do not assume that I lack a skill simply because it is not mentioned. Distinguish between a skill that is genuinely absent from the resume and a skill that may simply be under-documented.
